Growing up in Nakaseke District, I witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by vulnerable children, particularly orphans, those with disabilities, special needs, and albinism. These children often lacked the love, care, and opportunities essential for their growth and development. Inspired by their resilience and unwavering spirit, I felt a deep calling to make a difference in their lives. Witnessing the transformative power of compassion and support, I envisioned creating a safe haven where these children could find solace, healing, and hope. This vision was further fueled by the understanding that every child deserves a chance to thrive, regardless of their circumstances. Thus, Bewell Childcare Initiative Organization was born, driven by the mission to provide holistic care and support to vulnerable children in Uganda and beyond.
